The private pool was fantastic, but the aircon in our suite couldn't keep up.

I was shocked to find my room had two blinds that let in excessive light, where are the curtains? Plus, I absolutely expected a complimentary gift for such inconveniences, but it never arrived. Breakfast was generous, too generous actually, as if they thought we couldn't manage that much food. I just couldn’t bring myself to rate it higher.

The private pool at the Annora Suite brought so much joy, perfect for cooling off after a day out. Breakfasts were a highlight, especially the floating breakfast experience with fresh and delicious options. I loved the thoughtful details in the room, like the comfy bedding and the complimentary beach totes. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made me feel special. However, I did notice the seating area in the room could pose a challenge for older guests in terms of practicality.
